Peter + Richard | UK Wedding Anniversary

These guys are two of my favorite people on this planet. Hands down. I can't believe it was one year ago that I was in England, be-bopping around in their little car visiting one charming English town after another. More importantly I can't believe it was one year ago that I earned the title "International Photographer Extraordinaire to the Gays." Such an honor. But seriously, Happy Anniversary Peter and Richard. I can't wait until our next adventure!

Peter + Richard Get Married | Europe Part 6

We slept in sooooooo late the day after the wedding. Because someone lost the car keys and we didn't get home after the ceremony until 2:00AM, we were exhausted. My feet hurt from stupidly wearing heels to the wedding and my back aches from my camera bag. We all needed a relaxing day so we ventured to Little Moreton Hall to explore this ancient home and the quiet countryside surrounding it.

Peter + Richard Get Married | Europe Part 5

I don't have enough pictures from this day, only reason being that I put my camera down more often and enjoyed the comfort of being with Peter's Mom and Dad, Anne and Barry. We met them at a huge manor house in the area to tour the gardens and then eat a "picnic" in their newly purchased motor home. Just typing the words "motor home" sounds so lackluster, but let me sure you, it was by far one of my favorite moments of the whole trip. Surrounding the car were more wild deer than I have ever scene at one time in my life. Over cheese, scotch eggs, salad, and sandwiches we talked about pot smoking laws in Colorado, the wedding, and got to know each other a little better. That evening in Crank, Anne cooked a traditional curry meal. It was sweet; not the curry, but the day, the company, and the quiet subtleties that made it so.
