This family! I've known them for six years and my love and admiration for them just grows and grows. Robert and Kelly own Serious Delights Bakery in Durango, CO. and I've been their official food photographer since we met but until now I had never photographed the people behind the amazing food. What a treat! I loved taking lifestyle portraits of them being silly, running through muddy fields, and feeding Kelly's horse, Apple, at the Riversong Ranch. I could bubble over about these people for a while, but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

At the end of their wedding day Collin entered the dance floor and busted a move so hard that he ripped his pants. (Scroll down for up close and personal photos!) I've cried at a lot of sappy, mushy tears at weddings but when I saw this I couldn't control myself. Tears were streaming down my cheeks from laughter. These are the moments that make weddings so great and this is a couple that helps to remind me why I love my job. I traveled from Portland, OR. to my old stomping ground of Durango, CO. to be with these two for their rehearsal dinner and for 11 hours on their wedding day! They had two big priorities: photography and enjoying their own wedding day to the fullest. Together with the couple and an amazing new wedding stylist & planner on the scene, Lauren Siep of LCS Living + Design, I was able to help the couple design a relaxed schedule for the day that allowed for plenty of portrait time and plenty of time to party with their guests at their own cocktail hour and reception. Below are some of my favorite moments from Caroline and Collin's wedding at the Blue Lake Ranch Ridgewood Event Center in Southwest Colorado. I'm so happy for these guys!
